Inspections By Referral
Certified ASHI Inspector #211581
Mr. Rudolph started his home inspection career for Loveland and surrounding northern Colorado areas in 2002 after a neighbor asked him to use his geotechnical and engineering background to evaluate a home he was interested in buying.
Mr. Rudolph was able to determine the home had undergone considerable damage from a water heater leak that caused the home’s expansive soils to lift the improperly finished basement and overlying framed house off its foundation.
The fix-in-flip sellers had acquired the home from the bank as a foreclosure due to the excessive cost to repair over the value of the home. The sellers were trying to sell the home with some cosmetic repairs and had withheld disclosure of the home’s structural defects.
Mr. Rudolph’s neighbor was very grateful for the information. In the process, Mr. Rudolph discovered a calling for his skills and knowledge, the satisfaction of helping someone with a major investment decision and an answer to his career transition.
Mr. Rudolph has performed over 4,000 home & building inspections.
